The Berrien County Clerk's Office has three major functions: to manage County elections; to manage the county's vital records; and to process and maintain all Circuit Court files.
The Prosecuting Attorney's office is responsible for a wide array of functions for the County, including acting as chief law enforcement official for the County.
The Register of Deeds is the elected representative of the people to review and record legal documents pertaining to the transfer and encumbrance of land and property within the County - a land historian.
